Our Care Team
Inviting a caregiver into your home is an exercise in trust, and we want to make sure you feel confident and secure with your caregiver. That’s why we thoroughly screen and select each caregiver we hire. All of our caregivers have passed a rigorous criminal background check and drug screening, and each has a clean DMV record. Our caregivers are licensed and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. We do hire CNAs but we also provide PCA training to all our caregivers, consisting of competency standards tests covering the essential functions in caring for seniors and disabled patients within a home setting. We also train all caregivers in our unique holistic brand of care to ensure that they engage clients on a mental, physical, and spiritual level for a meaningful, well-rounded care experience.
